I am buying a leasehold flat after a divorce. I am in the last week and hoping to complete next week. I've just been told that the management agent covers the buildings insurance for the actual flats but not the row of garages and I have to get this in place before completion.

I need contents cover for the flat And garage and buildings cover for the garage
