Sister in law on my credit report

I checked my credit report this month and was surprised to see my 'score' had gone down significantly this month. When I checked my actual report a new address has been added to it where it says I have lived for the last 11 years along side my actual addresses. This is my parent in laws addreas and has my sister in laws name next to the address. The thing is we have the same name except our middle initial so I am Mrs monty j mum and she is Miss monty L mum. What do I need to do to get this corrected as it appears to have had an impact. Non of her accounts are listed on my report yet and she isn't listed separately as a financial link, it looks like the report agency think we are the same person ). Any suggestions?

Think I have sorted it have sent a request to equafax to remove the address and association with address and will check the other credit reference agencies to make sure the same thing isn't on there.
