Bank charges claim - will the bank close my account??

Hi,

I've just decided to go with "reclaim2gain" to see how much money im entitled to from my bank ( i'm sure it's quite a bit ). The only problem is ive just remembered a friend telling me that if im successful then my bank will close my account, is this correct? If so, i'm f@##@%d as i have so many direct debits and loans! What should i do?

No they don't for a first claim but when they pay out the do warn you that if you was ever to claim again they would close it.
