I need to set this up between me & the chap leasing me the barn
The lease will be all legal & proper - but we want to do this more reasonably
So I have a copy of something & I need to know -
Do I go through replacing "host"/"the host" with my name or is it implied?
Also some terms are undefined - how do I define them?
