Nationwide accounts missing online?

Anyone else got accounts missing online just now?
I am trying to log in both online and through the app but all my accounts have disappeared!
I hope it’s a problem with nationwide and not just me.
The service availability page says it’s all working as normal

Hi, this usually happens when there's a problem with the address they hold for you. It makes sense if you think of it: If you move houses but don't tell them and they keep sending letters and statements the new residents of your old place could be having access to your important financial information, access to your internet banking, cards... Just call them to update it or do it through their banking app.

@Ilu given this was 4 years ago, I imagine the OP has resolved it by now!
