Right so I put my renewal in in June which still says processing online with an estimated date of completion in a couple of days. However I've realised that this year our income will be lower which I changed yesterday on the website. Now today I've checked the portal, we got paid our normal amount today, but then next week our payments are lower by four pounds per week. Is this a correction from last year? And will they then change when the change in income that I did yesterday for this year is processed? Because I can't see how our income dropping would lower our CTC payments. Confused, please help
