Help please
Renewed my tax credits online on time
Received a text from hmrc to advise a letter on way
Logged in to look and it's still showing future payments etc I'm not sure what my letter is about?
I have no financial ties to EXH and no changes to my renewal can anyone help
The lady on the phone just said we need to check few details but was really nice
This was the text hmrc sent me after I submitted my renewal
HMRC: We're sending you a letter about your tax credits claim. Please respond to it when it arrives. Use the phone number on the letter if you need to call us.
