If I don’t want to return to work after maternity would I be entitled to any benefits? My partner works 20 hours and I currently work full time however if I were to not return at all or reduce my hours does anyone know what I could claim?

Maybe Universal credit if that is in your area but one of you would be expected to work full time hours or at least be looking. Otherwise it would be tax credits but you would need to work at least 24 hours between you for the working tax credit element. You could still get child tax credits.
