They are a nightmare - tried to send me a 300% inflated bill twice!!
Switched supplier as soon as I could and they have demanded £400 from me since for a tiny 2 bed terraced house with one occupant!!!!!!!
Moved to Bulb who are lovely so far

Yes, they tried to screw us too so as soon as we could we moved and they owed us over £300, which it took an age to get out of them. DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE
