Provisional Licence, How much does it cost to update........

Provisional to full is free. As is changing name and/or address
Paper to photocard is £10 but the paper provisional might have expired?

Sorry thought it said 'upgrade', update is free BUT you will have get the photocard which is £10 to switch to.

I updated my provisional license, had to change my address and my name as I'd married. It didn't cost me anything as it was classed as a change of name/address and they just automatically gave me a photocard licence back instead of the old paper one.
