No it shouldn't affect your ESA.

SidesofFeet · 09/06/2018 21:27

Are you on contribution esa or income esa? Contribution will not be affected, income might.

diamondmoon · 10/06/2018 07:54

I am income esa but i just received a letter and their calculations say child maintenance not included in my income.

No child maintenance does not affect ESA, whether it’s income or contributions based.

My ex is being very nice to me to help more as only have 73 a week on esa while being assessed and have 12 week wait for pip so have very little to pay everything. X
