I called tc in April to say I had changed job and had been on sick leave since September last year. They said as I had earnt 9,900 less than expected I would get a payment from tc as it had been an underpayment. I sent off renewal and this was received by them 16th May 2018. I have not received any information about the fact that I was underpaid and when/if I will receive some money. Does anyone know exactly how it works please? Also new job (started 6th April) is self employed if that makes a difference.
