Hello im looking for some advice, i am planning in ringing them tomorrow but wanted to have a bit of an idea before i do so i can prepare myself a little but i am wanting to reduce my package from tv (the basic) broadband & phone to just broadband as im wanting to cut down in my bills due to going on maternity leave im wanting to know do they try and make u pay a cancellation fee or make to stay until contract is up (ive been with them for 4 years)
