No tax credits have nothing to do with it. Click on the paper clip to add picture.

MyDcAreMarvel · 19/05/2018 17:52

What is the £76 weekly income?

ineedamoreadultieradult · 19/05/2018 17:53

Where is the £76 coming from? Do you get housing benefit?

rebail · 19/05/2018 17:54

If you've recently stopped working is it possible that they still think you're getting working tax credit? Child tax credit isn't included, but working tax credit is.

Either way - best way is to give them a ring to clarify :)

diamondmoon · 19/05/2018 17:57

They told me once working tax is cancelled next week then to contact them and esa will start. Now received this lettet and does not say what the 76 is from.

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties. Can you call them and ask them to explain. Otherwise contact CAB. Who should be able to help. Have you stopped work because of your difficulties. Have you applied for PIP. HDA will have advisors who can help you with this. Assuming by HD you mean huntingtons disease.

MyDcAreMarvel · 19/05/2018 18:25

Did you receive £76 in wtc?

diamondmoon · 19/05/2018 18:33

Thats why its confusing as wtc is £70.
I do have a hd advisor she filled in my pip form so will contact her and esa again. Its just scary if esa are correct and they refuse to pay.

Diamond. That's good you have got some support. Hope they will be able to help with your ESA

backaftera2yearbreak · 19/05/2018 18:50

Can you post a picture of your letter. WTC not the issue.

MyDcAreMarvel · 19/05/2018 19:07

That’s why it’s refused then due to your wtc as it has a four week run on. Apply for esa again when your wtc about to run out.
