Hi all,

We are two final year students at University College London. We are conducting some research on the car industry, in particular, we are interested in your attitudes to garages and how you normally arrange repairs and servicing. We would be very grateful for your help, and of course feel free to share this survey.

I never mind helping with student surveys but couldn't get past the bit where you link 'servicing' and 'repairs'. 2 different things in my opinion and it wouldn't let the survey continue without answering those questions.

2 other points that were a bit odd...... Firstly lumping everyone over 51 into one category, as if it would be unlikely anyone that old could possibly be driving ?
Then, I'm not sure why you needed our income ?

Replied. I ignored the mention of repair and assumed you were only interested in servicing based on the question about frequency. I think your research questions need clarifying by the look of that poll.
