Hi im new to all this , i tried to log into the manage online tax credits but all it says is you can not access this service ,, but did anyone find out why the site says you can not use the online service ?? I logged in today and that's what it says.. I renewed my tax credits Monday and when I rang them said it was because they are doing my new payment schedule but has anyone else has this as I'm panicking now .. if you have how long does it take to update and put my new payments up .. thanks
