Do you have a savings account for your DC?
DP and I are looking to set up a savings account for 6 year old DSD and have no idea really what to look for. There are several accounts that don't allow access until their 18th birthday and then there are several accounts which allow unlimited access.
Ideally DP has said he'd love for her to use the money for driving lessons, which would potentially be before her 18th birthday. But then equally he doesn't want her to have unlimited access and end up wasting it all.
How do you manage this?
