Does anybody know about Irish Postal Money Orders?

Somebody has sent one to dp. It actually says PAYABLE IN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ONLY. Am I missing something or is this completely useless in the UK?

yep, they should have gotten a sterling draft order to send you.

you have to specify when your getting the PO that its going to england
