I am applying for the surestart grant, my GP filled in the health professional page but left out the UKCC pin part. I am waiting to hear back from the surgery but they said she might not put it down. Will this mean my application will be rejected?
Baby is gonna be 3 months next Sunday (I wasn’t eligible until now) so I really wanna send it off this week.
