Providing for disabled offspring

He is 22 and just finishing uni. He has a degenerative health condition and the medical treatment on offer even with world class medics is limited ( though of course this may change.)
We are lucky to have a cheap place to rent if we want it and so want to somehow give him the family home Perhaps let it so he can gain an income allowing him for example to work part-time in the future?
What can we do to ensure his future?
