ADVICE NEEDED - FRIEND LEFT HUSBAND AND CAN'T STOP IN HOUSE

Can he do this? He is refusing to move out even though she is looking after their daughter. Is there no way she can make him move out????

is the house in joint names? she needs to see a solicitor NOW ! or start at CAB , need specialist advice

solicitor - most will give you 1 hour free before you have to pay for it. Citizens Advice Bureau also good for info.

I thought he would have to provide a roof for his daughter? And if they have split then surely it isn't unreasonable to expect him to move out?
