Current contents / buildings insurance due for renewal - been happy with service from current insurer as had to make two claims in last year (after years of no claims).
However, our premium has shot up (think hundreds of pounds) and I'm not happy ... been on comparison websites and we can get similar levels of cover for less but concerned that the customer service will be shite / they won't pay claims ...
so who are you with, and have you made a claim? If so how was the customer service?
