Having trouble finding my childminder - is there a cooling off period before there added on to the system. She's just applied.

Are you searching using their registration AND postcode?

For example, for a childminder in England, use their Ofsted registration and postcode, ONE SPACE between them and no space in the postcode.

Example: EY123456 GU123AA

There is a slight delay in adding a provider to the system but if your childminder can login to their online account, then you should be able to find them using registration AND postcode.

If you cannot locate them, call the helpine and provide your childcarers details to see if they can locate them and manually add them to each of your children's accounts: 0300 123 4097
