I know it will all be OK - but by the time the nursery opens I will owe about £14K in loan repayments

I feel very scared & I am having second thoughts.........

If you've done all your figures right, you should be fine. But I know how you feel - 6 years ago, dh and I sold our house and sank all our money into a business, and were living in a caravan. The first year was terrifying, but we are doing fine now

That's a big if isn't it

What if I've done it wrong?

What if I'm a prat?

Put it in context - you've borrowed a large amount of money, but it's for a business which should make sufficient money to service the loan. But I understand your concerns, it is very scary being at the mercy of the bank. Have you filled the places in your nursery?

if it goes wrong then you will be a hard up prat - but that isn't going to happen is it ?

Well done for sticking with it - it must feel good to be nearly there now.

Roskva - it isn't built yet

I won't be able to start recruiting children until Sept/Oct time as we should open in Jan 08 (I hope)

throckenholt - Yes I will be a hard up prat (prob without a house )
