I was recently on a flight what was 5 hours late, due to staffing issues with the airline. There was no information at the airport & no offer of free tea/coffee, sandwich etc when we were waiting or on the plane afterwards.
I found a website for a company called Fair-plane who handle compensation claims for a proportion of the compensation fee. (Sounded OK to me given there is a lot of publicity about some budget airlines not compensating passengers).
i filled out the claim form (my contact details & details on the flight only)
Fair-plane have now contacted me to say we have your compensation, please send us your bank details for your money?
Scam? or Legit? Anyone got any idea or experience with Fiarplane?
