is there a limit to what a company can request you pay with an IVA?

just that really

my dh and i split up and we both got an IVA as there was no alternative to get out of debt.

i know he struggles now financially and my circumstances are changing and it means we might have to move back in together (this is fine by both of us for now as we do still get along)

obviously i would need to inform the company that manages the IVAs and im guessing they would re calculate our payments if we were again going halves on the bills etc.

is there a limit to what they can demand? presently there is no contingency and things in the house are breaking and need replacing. theoretically i could replace some stuff before i move back and before they recalculate payments but wonder if they can just have everything thats left? the IVA still has 4 years to run (or 5 if we cannot remortgage in the last year)
i dont want to move back in and be stuck with ex if we will be no better off due to the IVA payments rocketing and taking everything we have anyway. Does anyone have any advice?
thanks
