i have a on going claim after a car accident and the insurance should cover all the legal fees but i have changed insurer

will i have to pay the legal fees now or will the insurer still cover it

Softmusk, I don't know if I'm going to be much help because I work in insurance in France but no one else has replied...
Over here, your claim is dealt with in the same way whether you continue the policy or not. It's the date of the accident which is relevant not the date at which the costs are incurred.

yeh they said the bill they sent us for recovry was not meant to be sent to us and all the legal bill will be covered
