UC miscalculation - will I get it back?

I work and receive UC and my work payments come monthly. I checked my UC payment for March and it says £0 due - however it seems it has been calculated wrongly because my February wage came 3 days later than normal but was still added in for the UC calculation (so they've taken both Jan and Feb wages into account despite me not having received the Feb wage within the assessment dates). Does that make sense?

I called UC and they advised to take evidence into job centre so I have an appointment this week. What is the likelihood of them accepting my bank statement as evidence and giving me a UC payment?

No idea but hope you do!!! Will this screw up your March payment?

Yes March payment says £0. I will get slightly more in April but nowhere near enough that it will make up for £0 in March.
Fingers crossed for my appointment on Thurs!

Sorry op., you probably won't get it back. They go on the dates that the employer reports it to hard.
My daughter had the same thing happen to her in December. She lost about £700. She appealed but they refused

Thanks sugarplum. That's what I thought.

I think the whole thing is a joke we applied for uc but only for child tax when we had our appointments she never said about my smp being taken off the payment and my partner works 29 hours a month she also failed to tell us that if he earns more than 197 a month he looses 60p per £1 he goes over she told us you're claim will be processed and you will receive £1346 in back pay give or take a few pounds we waited (a stupidly long time) received our first payment this morning.. £37.. £37!!! I have an 11 week baby a house to pay for and hes on a low income I've argued with them and they said that's just the way it goes.. Its a joke would never recommend applying and even tho my little one was born at the start of December we got nothing for that month but as long as they get paid I bet that's all that matters 😤😤😤
