Both my sisters are named as executors for the will ,they have divided up personal goods between them and left me out ,my family and I are named in the will ,but have not had any communication from either of them ,how can I be sure the money from the estate will be divided up fairly

I'd get my own solicitor to be honest. You might not be able to do much about the personal effects, but a lawyer will be able to help you to make sure the money is fairly divided.
Have you actually contacted them about it though? They might have missed you out because you showed no interest or didn't offer to help. Talk to them (then probably still get a solicitor, but talk first!).
