Budgeting help!

This is probably very simple but I have a 6 week old baby and everything is confusing me!

So I have budgeted for certain things out of my maternity pay, clothes, yoga etc. So I’m saving £100 a month for these things. What’s the best way of tracking how much I have in each line of the budget? I’ve tried making a spreadsheet a couple of times and it just seems over complicated 🤪

Thanks in advance

It does sound a little over-complicated to budget for a number of things separately. If you know you've a certain amount of money to see you through the maternity leave, could you just set aside whatever any essentials will cost + 10% contingency. Also set aside the money for yoga as pretty predictable and then be flexible with the rest? E.g. Getting an extra top or lunch depending on how you feel at the time?
