Depends what your requirements are- instant access? For Regular saving or as and when?
My kids have regular saver accounts with Halifax but I don't know if these are still the best, they were at the time.

Generally, the best option for kids savings is a stocks and shares ISA, not a bank account

I want them to have an account for pocket money so they can use it. Not for long term saving.

Both my dcs have NatWest accounts which are connect to my account, so can be used easily.
