Follow these simple steps
📝 decide how many hours you're willing to commit to your business this week - be realistic, if you're a retailer looking to build a 4cc business and an income of £330 - £500 per month then a 5 hour commitment per week is just about the minimum you should commit to income producing activities. If you're going for a promotion or looking to build a higher income and reach more, you'll need to commit more. In this business we need to speed up before we can slow down. Make sure your time commitment matches your goals
📝 get your physical diary or whiteboard out and plan each day in starting with your family/school/work hours, adding in your self care (mindset, exercise, nutrition) and then your business, ensure that you've booked in your night at your local business presentation as a non negotiable
📝 Next prioritise the things that will make the till ring! These are your retail activities as listed in pages 10-11 of your first steps to manager booklet. Work out the activity you need to do to give yourself and your products the exposure you need to hit your case credit and therefore income goals
📝 Factor in follow up time - time to follow up on your customers, prospects and using your 1-31 folders
📝 Team time - ensure you are dedicating time to helping and coaching your team, face to face, showing not telling. Tagging your team in training links on groups is the laziest and least effective way!
📝 Prospecting - know who you will share the opportunity with and how.
📝 Networking - decide how many people you wish to grow your network by this week and plan EXACTLY how you will do that
📝 Learning - what's the one thing that's holding you back right now? Find a training on this (don't be afraid to ask for help) watch and IMPLEMENT - everything you want is on the other side of fear! Learn to face them by growing your knowledge and "doing" to grow your confidence
📝 Volume Map YOU - map your own volume with your low highs based on the activity you have planned in
📝 Volume Map Team - help them to do the above, show them your plan, identify areas they need help with, and ensure they get that help whether that's from you or your upline or a training you have personally watched and know can help
📝 Social media - plan your content for the week ahead, what are you putting out there? What's your message? Are you on brand? Plan how you're going to talk with and engage your audience with your content this week
📝 FUN time - what fun have you planned this week? For you? For the family? For your team? Don't forget to do the things that make your soul sing!
