So 10 days ago I noticed my online banking account at a figure on the phone..we will say £600 as an example.
Today I have had £425 paid in and so my maths is £1025..I've then had around £150 taken out so £875...however it is still showing as the £600. I rang the bank who told me the amount on the phone doesn't really change and that it's the available you look at?..I understand the difference of available but this is 9 days and it hasn't changed (I've screen shot) but haven't got the available balance showing on the photos so can't tell..
So basically the amount I thought I was going to have today is way way less than what I expected..I'm so lost?!..
