Has anyone had success re-claiming bank charges from The Halifax?

I sent the letter just over 40 days ago but I didn't read the site i got it from properly and didn't send a £10 cheque to get the info and they haven't replied. Should i try again and include a cheque?

On the website I used you didnt have to send £10 for claim against Halifax. I have had letters from Halifax saying they are dealing with complaint, if you havent i would contact the website again.

oh right i used one called bank complaints they do the claim on your behalf but take 25% of the pay-out. I know someone who's just had £1600 refunded, that would make such a difference to us atm.
