Universal credit,pin needs resetting

My son needs to reset his UC credit pin, as he put a wrong digit in,
No one seems to know how to do this,even the job centre don't kno
He cant get into his account, but needs to have proof he gets it for housing benefit as he has just been allocated a council flat
Any help appreciated

Thank you, I think he has tried that,its not his actual password its a pin no, but I will show him this, thanks for your help, I will let you knw if it works
He put his pin in but got a digit wrong
Its what is called a personal pin no
