If your husband earns £30K you won't qualify for the 2 year old finding - you need to be on benefits (JSA, ESA, Income Support etc) or have a household income under ) £16K. Eligibility criteria here: www.gov.uk/help-with-childcare-costs/free-childcare-2-year-olds-benefits

The term after your daughter turns 3 you will qualify for 15 hours funded and if you aim to increase your hours by then so you're both earning £16K+ you'll qualify for 30 hours funded.
