Can anyone help?
I work minimum 32 hours a week.
My partner is self employed and can work anything between 0-50 hours a week.
Can I claim WTC? We have no children living at home.
I can't get my head round the gov website!

If your joint income is greater than around 18k then you wont be entitled to workung tax credits. If you have children then you may be entitled to child tax credits but again it is dependent on income , number of children and any childcare costs.
