I have read that there’s been a reduction for first time buyers, which is great. But I can’t figure out if there are any changes for non first time buyers? Can any one tell me as I’m considering moving House soon. Thanks.

No, no changes to stamp duty if not a first time buyer.

The last changefor non ftb was a couple of years ago (or so) and it made life difficult for landlords, second home owners or people looking to purchase expensive properties.

Don't see the issue with making it difficult / expensive for second homers or Land Lord's if it means more people have access and choice of an affordable home.

At the moment the system is being tipped to help keep prices high and climbing
