Leaders letting agents

Hi

Does anyone have any experience with leaders letting agents.
There fees seem very high to move in to a rental property compared to others.
My partner has a well paid job and has a good credit score me however I’m on maternity leave so my pay is reduced and I have bad credit from when I was a lot younger do you think they would let us just apply as a single applicant even though they know I will be living there with him and our baby? I just don’t want to pay almost £400 for us both to be checked for them to reject us as my credit is bad when we could pay £300 for a single applicant and know we will pass. Any experience?

You need to discuss this with them and see what the landlord concerned will accept.

I leave it to you to investigate what happens to you if you split up. No marriage, no joint tenancy...

We are getting married in September actually so that doesn’t worry me
