Maternity Pay Question

Hi wondering if anyone can impart some knowledge?

I’m on mat leave and due back in January. I’m pregnant again so will only be back at work for 5 months before I give birth again.

Does anyone know how this effects Statutory Maternity Pay? My work will pay 6 weeks at 90% but what happens after that?

Will they definitely give enhanced mat pay?

Most places have a stipulation that you have to have been back at work for a while to recieve it again.

You would still get smp for 39 weeks.

The 90% is smp, not enhanced.

My company don’t really offer “enhanced” pay. It’s a really small company. They basics meet legal requirements with stuff like this, I was more concerned about smp for the 39 weeks. Thanks both for your replies.
