I've decided to try to find out if I am entitled to reclaim PPI, and have put it all in the hands of a claim company.
I'm just wondering what would happen if they found I had PPI on a joint mortgage or loan I had taken out with my ex. We divorced and he later died. I've no idea if we had taken out PPI but am curious what would happen in these circumstances. Any ideas or experience of this?? Thanks
