Someone kindly emptied my bank account of £300 over the weekend. Contacted HSBC as soon as I realised who stopped the card and said I would receive a refund. It hasn't happened and now they're saying it can take up to 7 days?! Does anyone know if there's anything I can do? I've tried calling them but no joy.
