PPI on joint accounts

Can my Ex-H claim PPI on credit cards which were in joint names without involving me?

And can he expect to receive the total of any monies recovered through this process?

My Ex-H thinks he is entitled to it all - whatever the all may be...

No such thing as a credit card in joint names. You have the account holder, then any other card holders are additional card holders with no responsibility for the account
