have just posted on employment issues about dh,but thought would post here aswell.

to cut it short,dh is getting harrassed at work, and feels he is being forced out of the job,he said he cant carry on like this.his supervisor is constantly having a go at him,and today they ahve had a massive arguement.

where do we stand if dh did hand his notice in?weve got 5 children and another on the way,2 of our kids are disabled,so would we get help with the rent and council tax?also would we be entitled to income support?

im worried sick now as i dont know whats going on there,dh was really upset when i spoke to him,and i think it does look like hes going to leave.

would he be able to taek his supervisor to tribunal (or whereever you go!) over him constantly harrassing him?

am hoping someone can help as i simply dont know where else to turn.

Hi buffy. I'm sorry but I don't have the answers but if you contact the Citizen's Advice Bereau they will have them all! When I separated from DH I went to them and they told me all I could claim for etc. Look up your local one in the phone book (may be listed in CAB). I wish you lots of luck (())

hi!ive been ringing benefits agency and carers today.dh has said he wants to be dd's carer,as im ds1's carer.they were so helpful and reassuring.

i thought that as he would be walkig out of his jib then we wouldnt get any help at all.but turns out that even if he hadnt had probs at work,he could still decide to leave to become a fulltime carer.

they said we will get income support and help with the rent and council tax.
