we rent our house.dh pays the rent and bills but ive found out has not been paying!our landlady has been lovely but i just recieved letter saying shes moving to france and the house is gong to agents who along with solisitor suggests if we dont pay we go to court-understandably its her money!and i just found out its over £3000!!way more than i imagined!i have £1000 tucked away but what do i do about rest!my dh is unbelievable stupid.

I guess all you can do is pay the £1k then offer to pay the rest over a certain amount of time. If you've been longterm tenants, she may agree.
