What happens if you make a claim on house insurance?

Can anyone tell me the process? I have never made a claim do you do it all over the phone or do you have to fill paperwork in? With Tesco?

Call Tesco and they will be able to advise you. I imagine you will need to call them then fill out some paperwork tho.
