Have you had a full structural survey yet? It's good to know what you are in for. You might find it to be too much to take on, or alternatively, better than it looks! You might be able to negotiate on the price if there is a hidden piece of work that needs doing e.g major damp work or new roof for example. I really recommend a full structural survey.
