Hello,
3 years ago I done a bank shift on an almost derelict hospital site, the shift was on a Sunday and I thought I'd be except as I have a permit for a different trust. The ward I worked in was part of the different trust. Anyway shortly after the shift I moved house, and thought no more of it.

Anyway, I checked my credit file via noodle and have a ccj!! It's been there 3 years.

My problem is when i remortgage in 2 years will I stop me getting a good deal! Also is there anyway I can remove it?
My partner will go mad

This makes no sense. What has the bank shift to do with the CCJ? Confused

Do you mean it was for a parking ticket?
