Hi has anyone recently applied for a budgeting loan. I received a offer on Saturday 8th and posted same day. Still not heard anything or received the loan. Anyone any recent experience? How long?

Chase it up in case they didn't receive it.

I have no way of contacting until I get paid Saturday as have no minutes on my phone and it charges so don't want to use other people's. does it not usually take this long. First time so I don't know.

Well it's been a fair while for me but I don't remember it taking this long. It may be different now though.

Ok thank you. I will try phoning them Monday if Iv not heard anything by then. Iv read some old posts from 2010-2015 saying 5-10 working days but others saying no longer then a week. Just not seen any recent posts.

Managed to phone them today and they have said they received the forms last week but hadn't signed both pieces of paper.. One only had a signing page, so anyone who is applying just make sure both papers are signed. Sending a duplicate copy so will take about 14days now.

Good job you phoned, it doesn't look like they were going to mention it.

Can't you apply online now? Or do you still need to sign something?

kirstyy1991 · 21/07/2017 15:08

I know, thanks to you. I know, they could of sent me a letter couldn't they with a duplicate straight away. X
Yes you can apply online but when they send you a offer you sign it and alarms back, I just never signed both sheets x
