Virgin Credit Card- will not be renewing- what have I done? Antone had a letter like thi?

Virgin has written to me to say they will not be renewing my credit card once my current one expires. Could this be due to account inactivity?
Will it affect my credit score?
Impossible to get an answer by phone- all they suggest is appealling.

If it's not being used then I wouldn't worry about it. It's not worth anything them if you don't use it.
